Remembered names are saved between sessions with their proper Minecraft capitalization

Fixed names you message with /msg, /tell, /w, /t, /whisper or /boop not being remembered
Names are only remembered from messages you send on Hypixel; nothing is recorded on other servers or in singleplayer

Hold Alt to scroll any tooltip, even one that fits on the screen; the new "Enable Scrolling Small Tooltips" setting turns this off

Scrolling now keeps the tooltip on screen horizontally as well as vertically, and takes zoom into account
"Start at top" now only applies to tooltips taller than the screen
Updated Vigilance and Elementa on Fabric, fixing visual glitches in the settings menu
